Terms and Conditions of Drakaris Casino

18. Miscellaneous Provisions

These terms and conditions may not be amended except by written consent signed by both parties, or electronic acceptance using CASINO's system; otherwise the original terms shall remain unaffected.

19. No Waiver of Rights

Casino does not waive any rights granted to it under these Terms unless such waiver is in writing.

20. Acceptance of Payments

By participating in games offered by CASINO, PLAYER accepts that all payments may be made using various payment methods including credit cards and electronic wallets.

21. Verification Requirements

CASINO reserves the right to request documentation from players for verification purposes as required under local regulations or at its discretion; failure to comply with such requests will result in suspension or termination of their account.
